Pour the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then whisk until well combined and smooth. Divide the mixture between 4 serving cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate, if desired. 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (61 percent to 70 percent cacao), finely chopped (3/4 cup) 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 1 tablespoon whole milk. Ingredients

For the cake

350 g (3 cups) Chocolate Cookies.
Note, measure the cookies after crushed into a fine powder

370 g (1½ cup) Milk

2¼ tsp Baking powder

For the cake

Crush the cookies of your choice into a fine powder.

Add the sifted baking powder and warm milk.

Pour batter into an 8 inch pan greased and lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 170 °C (340 °F) for 15 minutes. Do not over bake.

To frost

Frost with Nutella.
